UPDATES: MYJIA DOWN & OUT

Serangoon - Myjia suffered a demoralising defeat to Yellow Fellows at Serangoon on Saturday afternoon.

Watched by a record crowd of 20, Myjia were at full strength but were still unable to make much of an impact against a vastly experienced and superior opponent.

Despite finishing the first half on level terms at two apiece, courtesy of Delvin and Junhao, Myjia lost the game 3-6 and were lucky not to be hit by more goals thanks to some brilliant goalkeeping from a increasingly frustrated Raymond.

Up and coming youth star Delvin scored his second goal late in the second half to pull a goal back but it was to no avail as Yellow Fellows were already 5-2 up by then.

Man of the match Kenneth Koh capped a fine performance with two assists in the first half and was unlucky not to get on the scoresheet after being sent thru by Eric Low. Eric had his best performance to date in the Myjia shirt but was denied another assist when he returned a wall pass to his brother Eugene Low but the latter's effort was deemed offside.

A disappointing result for Myjia but the consolation being the team lost to a visibly stronger opponent.
